TractorKhata (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a Marathi-language Android app that helps tractor drivers keep a digital ledger of farm work. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, display name, and profile photo when you sign in with Google or with email and password (via Firebase Authentication).
- App data you enter: farmer names, villages, tractor names, work entries, amounts, payment status, and related notes. This data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore under your account.
- Subscription and purchase data: if you buy TractorKhata Pro, Google Play Billing processes the payment. We receive only the subscription status needed to enable Pro features — not your full card or bank details.
- Advertising data: on the free plan, Google AdMob may collect device and ad-interaction data to show rewarded ads, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Technical data: basic device and app information needed for authentication, sync, reliable operation, and notifications (for example, network connectivity).
2. How we use information
- To provide login, cloud sync, and backup of your khata data across devices.
- To show dashboards, reports, and PDF exports based on your entries.
- To manage free and Pro access, ads, and subscriptions.
- To send a local daily reminder notification if you turn this feature on in the app.
- To operate internal admin tools for support, testing, and service reliability (admin access is restricted).
3. Third-party services
We use the following Google services:
- Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore
- Google Sign-In
- Google Play Billing
- Google AdMob
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and terms.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored in Firebase / Google Cloud infrastructure. We use account-based access controls and industry-standard transport encryption. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
5. Data retention and deletion
- We keep your data while your account is active.
- You can delete individual entries, farmers, or tractors in the app.
- You can delete your account and associated cloud data from Settings in the app.
- After deletion, recovery may not be possible, except where backups are required by law.
6. Children
TractorKhata is intended for adults who operate tractor services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your choices
- You may use the app after agreeing to this policy and creating an account.
- You can turn off notifications in Android system settings.
- You can avoid ads by upgrading to Pro, or by using complimentary Pro if support has granted it.
- You can request account or data deletion through the app or by contacting us.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

ट्रॅक्टर खाते (“आम्ही” किंवा “अ‍ॅप”) हे ट्रॅक्टर चालकांसाठी असलेले मराठी अ‍ॅप आहे. यात शेतकऱ्यांचे काम, तास / एकर / खेपा, रक्कम आणि बाकी / मिळालेली रक्कम नोंदता येते. हे धोरण कोणती माहिती गोळा केली जाते, ती कशासाठी वापरली जाते आणि तुमचे पर्याय काय आहेत, हे स्पष्ट करते.
१. गोळा केलेली माहिती
- खाते माहिती: Google किंवा ईमेल / पासवर्डने लॉगिन करताना ईमेल, नाव आणि प्रोफाइल फोटो (Firebase Authentication).
- तुम्ही भरलेला डेटा: शेतकरी, गाव, ट्रॅक्टर, कामाच्या नोंदी, रक्कम आणि पेमेंट स्थिती — Google Firestore मध्ये तुमच्या खात्याखाली साठवली जाते.
- सबस्क्रिप्शन: Pro खरेदी Google Play Billing द्वारे होते. आम्हाला फक्त सबस्क्रिप्शन स्थिती मिळते; कार्ड किंवा बँक तपशील मिळत नाही.
- जाहिराती: विनामूल्य योजनेवर Google AdMob जाहिराती दाखवू शकते.
- तांत्रिक माहिती: लॉगिन, सिंक, सूचना आणि अ‍ॅप सुरळीत चालवण्यासाठी आवश्यक माहिती.
२. वापर
- लॉगिन, क्लाउड सिंक आणि खाता डेटा जतन करणे.
- सारांश, अहवाल आणि PDF तयार करणे.
- विनामूल्य / Pro योजना, जाहिराती आणि सबस्क्रिप्शन व्यवस्थापित करणे.
- तुम्ही अ‍ॅपमध्ये ही सुविधा चालू केल्यास, दररोज एक स्थानिक स्मरणपत्र सूचना पाठवणे.
३. तृतीय पक्ष सेवा
आम्ही Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing आणि Google AdMob वापरतो. या सेवा Google च्या गोपनीयता धोरणानुसार चालतात.
४. सुरक्षा आणि हटवणे
डेटा Firebase / Google Cloud मध्ये साठवला जातो. तुम्ही अ‍ॅपमधून नोंदी, शेतकरी किंवा ट्रॅक्टर हटवू शकता. सेटिंग्जमधून खाते आणि संबंधित क्लाउड डेटा पूर्णपणे हटवता येतो.
