This page explains how users of TractorKhata can delete some or all of their data. You can remove selected data without deleting your account, or delete your whole account and cloud data.

Delete some data (keep your account)

1. Open the TractorKhata app and sign in.
2. Delete individual items in the app:
   • Farmers (शेतकरी): open the farmer and delete, or remove from the people list.
   • Work entries: open an entry from Home / Report and delete it.
   • Tractors: go to Settings → manage tractors and delete the tractor.
3. Changes sync to the cloud when you are online.

What is deleted: the farmers, entries, or tractors you remove, and related totals for those items.

What is kept: your login account (email / Google), profile, app settings, subscription status (if any), and any data you did not delete.

Delete your account and all cloud data

1. Open TractorKhata and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete account (or the equivalent account-deletion option).
4. Confirm the deletion.

This removes your account and associated cloud khata data. Local data on the device is also cleared as part of that process. After deletion, recovery is generally not possible.

Request help by email

If you cannot complete deletion in the app, email dracaryssoftdev@gmail.com from the email address linked to your TractorKhata account. Include your registered email and what you want deleted. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

Retention

Deleted data is removed from active systems. Limited technical logs or backups may remain for a short period where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, then are purged according to those systems’ retention rules.
