Use this page to request deletion of your TractorKhata account and associated data.
Recommended: delete from the app
- Open the TractorKhata app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete account (or the equivalent option).
- Confirm the deletion.
This deletes your account and associated cloud data (farmers, work entries, tractors, and related profile data stored for your account). Local app data on the device is cleared as part of this process. After deletion, recovery is generally not possible.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot delete from the app, send an email to dracaryssoftdev@gmail.com from the email address linked to your TractorKhata account.
Include:
- Subject: TractorKhata account deletion request
- The email address used to sign in
- A clear statement that you want your account and associated data deleted
We will process verified requests and aim to complete deletion within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days, sooner when possible).
What is deleted
- Your TractorKhata account
- Associated cloud khata data (farmers, entries, tractors, and related records)
What may remain briefly
Limited technical logs or backups may remain for a short period for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, then are purged according to those systems’ retention rules. Google Play subscription cancellation (if any) is managed through Google Play.
